The Constructors' Labor Council of West Virginia, Inc., also known as the "CLC" is a membership organization committed to furthering the agenda of Heavy & Highway Union Contractors and their employees.
For over 50 years the CLC has been stabilizing working conditions and wages in the Heavy & Highway contractor industry of West Virginia. The CLC's vision is to become the foremost trade association for its affiliated unions and contractor members in the Heavy, Highway, Railroad and Utility construction industry in West Virginia.
